about

Here's a little dance music. In Gaelic it's called puírt a bhuíl, and in French it's turlutte, and in English it's mouth music. I don't know what it's called in Breton or Micmac, but there's a Breton song at the beginning and a scrap of Micmac at the end. There are bits in here from every province in the Maritimes. I stuck them together on a long car ride once and they stayed stuck. When I lived in Wisconsin, I used to sing it for a clogger friend on a dare. Woody Lane bet me he could dance anything that I could sing, and by god he was right!

lyrics

I couldn't possibly transcribe this, as I've never seen any of the bits written down.
